There were several other caregivers that I wrote checks for - I remember writing checks every two weeks for $450 to Debra and $300 or so to Sofia, Janet, Mary and so forth. To cover weekends after I got ill came at a cost of $160 per week. I took that out of Mom's monies. The DWP bill was high even with her senior discount. I owed them $1600 at the time of Mom's passing. I paid it. I just couldn't keep up with the DWP bills and Mom's caregiving expenses. She was using a mattress that had to be powered up to prevent bed sores and breathing equipment. This contributed to my DWP bills - averaging $425 to $450 every two months. On top of this, I still purchased food and supplies, plus provided all the hours of hard work to keep her clean and fed. So, after ten years of hard labor - this $124,000 really isn't that much. The Court took into consideration not only monies I expended on her care, but the hours of work I put into it. Now, we know that Mom's estate is not that large and certainly will not be able to pay these large amounts - so the attorneys will not get what they are asking for and neither will I - not even at court order. My question to the family is "haven't I gone through enough?" It seems to me that everyone wants to pass the bills to me - but when it comes to reimbursement of expenses and time - now I am the bad guy. Well, so be it. Now, Dad's estate will be eaten up with attorney fees as well. Unfortunately, Sandra Anderson did not perform and therefore all these expenses. What a bad choice in an attorney.

Get Ijnanya out of Daddy's house and make Robert and Doris pay attorney fees plus the $235,000.00 that they owe Daddy's estate as they were ordered to do by the court.

I'm damn glad I don't live there, lived there when all this bullshit jumped off.

Also, there are remedies for fucked up attorneys. If you don't do anything then you agree with the services provided by each and everyone of your fucking attorneys.
