Something is still not right with Robert & Doris's story....
If it were an error....
Why would Daddy gift Doris her own house instead of correcting the "Trust?"
Correcting the "Trust" would have been easier than recording "Daddy's Gift" to Doris with the Register Recorder of Los Angeles County.
Take a look below and note that the "Trust" was amended just days after Doris's house was placed in the "Trust."
Keep in mind, Lak is a defendant in a shady real estate case in Clark County Nevada District Court and Robert and Doris have claimed they didn't know what was in the "Trust."
Durable Trust created for Mr. Thelsey L. Fuller and he grants Durable Power of Attorney to Robert L. Fuller (Atty. Daniel K. Lak). Thelsey L. Fuller is isolated from other family members outside of Robert L. Fuller and Doris A. Fuller, all of his telephone calls are monitored he is no longer able to visit with other family members on a one on one basis as he has in the past.
