This letter is to notify you of your failure to properly carry out your fiduciary duties as Successor Trustee in regards to the THELSEY S. FULLER TRUST (sic), THELSY L. FULLER TRUST, dated July 23, 2008.
You were appointed Successor Trustee of the THELSEY L. FULLER TRUST on March 07, 2012 Case No.: BP 122 665, ORDER REMOVING ROBERT FULLER AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE AND TERMINATING HIS POWER AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE; DISQUALIFIYING DORIS FULLER AS ALTERNATE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE; AND APPOINTING PATRICK BARNITT AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE.
As of March 2012 you have failed to collect rent on a Trust property:
8625 S 12TH AVE, INGLEWOOD CA 90305-2309, TRACT NO 9085 LOT 9 BLK D

Your failure to collect rent from the occupants has resulted in the loss to the Trust in the amount of $1,800.00 per month for twenty-one months, a loss in the amount of $37,800.00 as of this writing.
Also, the aforementioned Trust property is currently listed for sale below market value at $249,000.00. The current estimated value of the 12th Avenue property is $294,000.00, a $46,000.00 loss to the Trust.
The potential loss to the TRUST is currently $83,800.00.
