  1. Must be tough paying child support when your only income is tips from warbling out old rock songs in karaoke bars.

  3. If he's selling insurance, he's doing so without a license and should be reported to the California Department of Insurance.

  6. According to Nolo's plain-English law dictionary, Agent for Service of Process is "The individual designated to receive legal documents and tax notices for a corporation or an LLC. The agent is responsible for ensuring that the business's owners receive important correspondence and legal notices in a timely manner. State law requires that the agent be designated in the corporation's articles of incorporation or the LLC's articles of organization."

That gleep Lak is the agent for service of process. He doesn't have a license to sell insurance. Marc Bablot has an insurance license.

Legal Zoom charges $149.00/year to act as agent for service of process, so if Lak is charging much more than that Bablot is getting gypped. Also, since Lak's law license is suspended, Bablot should consider getting a more qualified agent.

Here is a better link to verify the insurance license situation:

    1. Whatever ol' Danny boy is doing he had a lot of gall to help a couple of malcontents to take advantage of a 92 year old man, his wife and family.

      "Wake up Daddy, sign this."
