Woman wanted by Santa Barbara Police for elder abuse

Santa Barbara Police are looking for a woman wanted for elder abuse.

Police say Sylvia Arlene Espinosa, 51, embezzled at least $40,000 from a 70 year old victim who suffers from multiple sclerosis and cognitive deficiencies.
