RE: California Attorney Complaint Form
Daniel Kristof Lak, No. 216983
Dear State Bar of California...
"It must be noted that DANIEL KRISTOF LAK’s clients, Robert Lewis Fuller and Doris Aleda Fuller were found by the Court to have committed fraud, undue influence, financial elder abuse and were ordered to repay the Estate of Mr. Thelsey L. Fuller in excess of $235,000.00."
" Please find enclosed a computer disc marked “Fuller Case” as it holds a lot of information and background on the allegations made in this complaint i.e. court documents, testimony, decisions and court orders.
In closing, I find that the action of DANIEL KRISTOF LAK and his clients to be egregious given that Mr. Thelsey L. Fuller's mental capacity was questionable.
Also, DANIEL KRISTOF LAK by his actions failed to follow the canons of ethics, by which a lawyer must abide and conduct himself or herself.
Therefore, DANIEL KRISTOF LAK requires examination in this matter."
*The abusers are still at large.
