FACTS: Petnr alleges estate assets of $182,000 (107,000 per prop + $75,000 r/p).

MATTERS TO CLEAR:
A. Does estate have per prop? Does estate have annual income from real prop? Para 3c(1) and 3c(2)(a) not answered. All line items on Petn for Probate for estimated value of Estate need to be completed even if response is "none". Supp reqd.
B. Does estate have encumbrances on real prop? What is the net value of real prop? Para 3c(5) & 3c(6) not answered. All line items on Petn for Probate for estimated value of Estate need to be completed even if response is "none". Supp reqd.
C. What is the total value of the estate? Para 3c(7) not answered. All line items on Petn for Probate for estimated value of Estate need to be completed even if response is "none". Explain how is it that the estate has annual income from per property and it is alleged that estate has no per prop? Supp reqd.
D. Re requst for Bond of $6,000 which is less than what is sufficient. Petnr must filed Decl containing allegations re creditors, contingent liabilities, whether estate solvent, est tax liabilities & due diligence performed to ascertain such information [LASC Rule 4.41(c)]. FACTS/ARGUMENT: Objector opposes the petn and alleges Petnr, as former Conservator for Decedent, has mismanaged the estate and wrongfully neglected the the estate to such an extent that the Court must not allow Petnr to become the Per Rep. Specifically, it is alleged real property located at on Bellhaven Ave, Los Angeles has fallen into a state of disrepair which has made said r/p uninhabitable. Alleged frivolous litigation by Petnr has also caused a $50,000 lien be placed on the r/p for atty's fees. Alleged a Michael Long/ Petnr's Nephew has harrassed Objector during the course of said litigation. Objector requests the Court appt a independent/ 3rd party to represent the estate.

1- JTD bond less than what is suffiecient; O/W at least $107,000 + Note A reqd for Limited IAEA (see FACTS & Note A & D).
2- JTD objections.
